I manage 13 complex food intolerances on a daily basis, and it has taken me nearly 7 years to work it all out.

Having reached what might be considered ‘Olympic’ standards of craving, eating then getting sick; I have a lived experience of extreme physical reactions to certain foods, food chemicals and additives.

I believe in being completely upfront with the experiences and knowledge I share. I tell my story to start more discussions, to show that you are not alone. I will never pretend to have all the answers. I only seek to provide guidance based on what I know to be true, with the hopes that it helps someone else with the challenges they are facing with their own digestive issues.
