It's about finding a lifestyle that brings you JOY

Do Artificial Sweeteners Belong in a Healthy Diet?

If sugar-free and low-calorie foods and beverages are popping up everywhere, are they in fact safe?  Sweeteners have been on my mind a lot lately. I have been researching and writing about them for a chapter in my book, Eating with the Enemy.

NEW VOICES RADIO INTERVIEW

"I didn't want to live a flavour-less life "

My very first interview - I was so nervous....

Maria Issaris Walsh, deputy chair and host of 2RPH New Voices interviewed me about my writing experience and what type of project I am working on. I read a section of Eating with the Enemy ( world exclusive) and someone I don’t know (who by chance happens to be a medial expert) critiqued my writing and provided feedback.

I'M WRITING A BOOK!

Eating with the Enemy - It's more that just a personal story, it's a self-awareness guide that simplifies food intolerance.

I am writing a book titled Eating with the Enemy where I share my story, knowledge and lived experience of living with multiple complex food intolerances. I have highlighted my personal story by weaving an engaging, humorous (well I think so) narrative through carefully researched and simplified medical facts.

“ Food shouldn't be scary.

I'll arm you with the facts and resources you need to conquer your food intolerances and sensitivities

WHAT I DO & WHY I DO IT

I tell my story to start conversations and show people they are not alone with their food sensitivities.

Having a food intolerance shouldn't stop you from enjoying what you eat. I want to show you how to embrace the challenges you're facing. To give you the facts and knowledge you need to tame this enemy - and learn to eat WITH it.

CHALLENGING FOOD INTOLERANCE COMMUNITY

The C.F.I Community will give you the tools to disarm those unseen hazards. AND you'll have a good time while we do it.

Lets bring a bit of quirkiness and humour to the subject of food intolerances. After all, this is life - and life is raw and vibrant and messy. I believe it's best accompanied with laughs, and not lectures.

And we all may be on our own personal paths, looking for solutions that work for us as individuals... but that doesn't mean we've got to go about it alone.
