If food feels harder than it used to. You’re not imagining it.

I help women over 40 make sense
of food sensitivities, digestion, and
hormonal shifts without fear,
restriction, or overwhelm.

You’ll receive details before deciding.

No pressure.

This space is for you if...

• You feel bloated, uncomfortable, or foggy and food feels like the obvious suspect
• You’ve tried cutting foods but still don’t feel settled
• Gluten or dairy seem like a problem but you’re not sure
• Your digestion changed after 40 and no one warned you
• You’re tired of guessing and Googling
• You want guidance that feels supportive, not extreme

You don’t need another diet. You need clarity.

A small, supported food reset, launching this June

This June, I’m running a pilot program for women over 40 who want to understand how food is really affecting their digestion, energy, and comfort.

This is not a punishment plan or a forever way of eating.

It’s a calm, guided reset designed to help you observe, learn, and reconnect with your body.

What it includes:

• A five-week gluten and dairy reset

• Understanding natural and added food chemicals

• Simple food plans and practical recipes

• Supportive guidance without overwhelm

I do this work because I live it.

I’ve navigated complex food intolerances myself. I know what it’s like to crave food, react to it, and then feel frustrated, confused, or defeated.

I don’t believe in fear-based eating or rigid food rules.

I believe in listening to your body, learning what it’s asking for, and rebuilding trust around food in a way that fits real life.

This work is about support, understanding, and finding your footing again.

If this feels like the right next step, you’re welcome here.

The June pilot is small and supported. Joining the waitlist means you’ll receive information first and can decide if it feels right for you.

No obligation. Just a gentle first step.

I’m also the author of Why Can’t I Eat This?

A practical guide to living with food intolerance without losing your love of food.

You’ll also find articles and reflections on digestion, food sensitivities, and midlife health on the blog.
